Our Coaching Explained

Everyone’s coaching needs are different. It is my aim to provide you with a personally tailored plan taking into account your current fitness level and time constraints to help you achieve your goals.

This can include – personal fitness and lifestyle cycling; achieving a personal distance or time; taking part in a charity ride or your first sportif, through to – aiming to improve your time trialling and setting a new PB; achieving your maximum potential on the track or road; improving your bunch racing skills; improving track pursuit or sprint skills

I aim to provide 1-to-1 coaching based on an honest and open dialogue to provide you with advice and a clear plan including timescales to help you achieve your personal goal. This can be through email, training peaks or most usual messaging services.

You must be prepared to provide honest feedback on the initial questionnaire to enable me to tailor a plan that is purely individual to you – there are no mass prepared training plans at Kudos Coaching! Ongoing regular communication will be agreed to see how you are doing and how we can work together to maximise your coached experience.

I can offer group sessions, 1-to-1 coaching, coached sessions on the velodrome, workshops, training advice, racing advice and with training camps and racing trips also an option and would will be open to each different requirement.

- Commissaire for regional road and circuit events.

- Training camps.

- Race trips 

- Rider meetings, one off meetings even if you're not being coached and seem stuck in a rut and need advice.

I believe that everyone's needs are different so the time needed on each rider is different and this will vary the price accordingly...
